BCER's Energy and Sustainability Manager Sean Beilman, P.E. LEED A.P. BD+C began his career as a Mechanical Design Engineer. Having a passion for energy and sustainability, Mr. Beilman participated in the design of many energy efficient and green buildings. This drive lead Mr. Beilman to do more and become active in the Rocky Mountain ASHRAE Chapter where he became the chair of the Rocky Mountain ASHRAE Sustainable Engineering Committee. Although Mr. Beilman is no longer the Sustainable Engineering Committee chair, he continues to be a leader by actively participating in the national ASHRAE 90.1 Standards Project Committee which is responsible for maintaining and updating ASHRAE's Energy Standard, Standard 90.1.
United Airlines Flight Training Center
This project was a 130,000 square foot addition to the existing Flight Training Center in order to accommodate new 767, and 777 flight simulators.
