-Proactive shop drawings, using project specific tracking lists.
-Electronic shop drawing transmittal.
-Scheduled follow-up on shop drawings requiring further attention.
-Field observation follow-up and contractor sign-off.
-RFI Logs and drawing updates.
-On-site field construction meetings.
-Use of Laptops onsite for retrieval of electronic data.
Electronic O&M's
BCER has developed the application software to provide the Owner with interactive Electronic Operating and Maintenance Manuals. This service incorporates shop drawings, links from record drawings to equipment in the electronic O&M, warranty information and links to associated websites, temperature control drawings and manuals, balance reports, commissioning reports and record copy of issues resolved through the course of the design and construction phases.
Record Drawings
BCER offers hard copy and/or electronic Record Drawings. This process is usually started during the construction phase by issuance of drawing changes electronically as part of the updated 'Construction Document Drawings'. We incorporate construction phase RFI responses and Field Orders into the construction documents and follow-up with the incorporation of this information into the Record Drawings.
