University of Colorado Woodbury Hall

Mechanical and electrical engineering services for the new 57,000 square foot classroom facility and 13,000 square foot remodel included upgrade of historic Woodbury Hall to ADA compliance in addition to all current codes. Building communication systems were designed for a “plug and play” environment to accommodate both the campus network and world wide internet. Precise design and painstaking coordination was required for tie-in to the central chilled water and heating water systems, as well as the primary power distribution system.
