According to the movers and shakers in Colorado real estate construction, as surveyed by Colorado Construction magazine and The McGraw-Hill Cos., BCER Engineering is a member of the design team for two of the Top 10 up-and-coming Colorado construction projects. Published in the Wall Street West section of the Rocky Mountain News BCER is a team member for the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences in Denver and The Spire in Denver, both voted as Top 10 up-and-coming projects with 2007 start dates.
