Wellington E. Webb Office Building

This new 600,000 square foot Civic Center Office Building and 80,000 square foot renovation of the Annex One Building is located where the original University of Denver Law School originally resided. The Annex One Building has been occupied by the City and County of Denver for the past 20 years and is a designated Historic Building on the National Historic Register. The building was provided with new HVAC and plumbing systems designed in accordance with LEED standards.
