Tivoli Student Union - Rehabilitiation and Renovation

Mechanical rehabilitation and renovation of this 253,000 square foot facility required new central utilities, new air handling units and new air distribution throughout. Extensive electrical upgrades and modifications were required to replace aging systems and efficiently operate the new mechanical systems. As part of the electrical services heat scans, audio, and visual inspections and testing of the main switchgear and motor control centers were performed. Upgrades to exterior lighting, fire alarm systems, and controls were also part of the historic design criteria. The Tivoli Building has been placed on the Colorado Historic Register and the National Historic Register.
