Minoru Yasui Building
Mechanical and electrical design for the remodel and renovation of this 125,000 square foot high-rise office building, located 303 W. Colfax in downtown Denver, required outside the box engineering expertise. The existing 8'6" floor-to-floor dimension represented a most challenging hurdle for the entire design team; with the use of unique heating and cooling ceiling panels and a fresh air ventilation system the challenge was met.
