The Broadmoor Hotel - Event Center
This 460,000 square foot project consisted of an exhibit hall, underground parking garage, exhibit pre-function area, banquet kitchen, offices, training rooms, a museum and a restaurant. The electrical design included service to the building from a primary radial distribution system, secondary electrical service from a transformer, emergency power distribution from a new diesel generator, lighting, power, manual fire alarm system, and rough-in for telephone/data, AV, and security system.
