Boettcher Mansion
Historic Boettcher Mansion located on top of Lookout Mountain in Golden, Colorado was built in 1917 as a summer home and hunting lodge for Charles Boettcher. In 1970 this historic structure was donated to Jefferson County and subsequently used as the County`s premier venue for weddings and meetings. The mechanical and electrical renovation to the mansion included a snowmelt system, new heating water system, new DX and Chilled water cooling systems, associated distribution piping, controls, upgrades to site lighting, upgrades to interior lighting and power, new electrical service to comply with current codes, and power for the kitchen.
