Denver Health
This 130,000 square foot 5-level facility included medical offices, intensive care unit, correctional medical care center, outpatient rehabilitation and orthopedic clinic. The project was an addition to the existing main hospital and is served by the existing central utility plant for chilled water, steam and medical gas. The project was designed for phased implementation of 40,000 square feet of shell space for future hospital build-out.
