Anshutz Inpatient Pavillion Expansion

This project consists of a 300,000 square foot, three-level expansion of the existing hospital base, incorporating new surgery suites, anesthesiology, clinical labs, kitchen and cafeteria, emergency room, central supply, clinical pharmacy, cardiac cath lab, endoscopy lab, infection control space and other hospital environments. The project further required the development of the 7th through 12th floors of the existing Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion totaling 192,000 square feet and providing the build-out for surgical ICU, neo-natal ICU, oncology, bone marrow transplant, labor/delivery and other critical care departments.
