Copper Club Restaurant/Event Center
BCER Engineering provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing review of the existing two-level, 26,000 square foot Copper Club Restaurant/Event Center located in Aurora Colorado. The original building was constructed in the late 1970`s with remodels throughout the last 30 years all the while maintaining an A2 occupancy for uses as a banquet/restaurant/food/drink facility. The full due diligence report consisted of the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, plumbing, power, lighting, fire alarm systems, communications, life safety, structural, and code review. Also provided were recommendations and life expectancies of the facility and existing systems based upon current use and the potential conversion.
