United Airlines Flight Training Center
This project was a 130,000 square foot addition to the existing Flight Training Center in order to accommodate new 767, and 777 flight simulators. The entire simulator portion of the project is constructed with raised floor in order to accommodate the many utilities required for the simulator operations. Included in the project was the design of a new central plant for chilled and heating water, relocation of the existing cooling tower farm, and design of the standby generator plant.
